Responsibilities: Provide restorative care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses, focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs) and restorative therapies Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed Assist with range-of-motion exercises, ambulation, and other restorative therapies Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment plans Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Promote resident safety and prevent falls by implementing safety measures and reporting concerns to supervisors Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Previous experience in a long-term care setting, preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Note: Level of Education and Minimum Years of Experience placeholders will be replaced with actual values during the application process.
