What You’ll Do Lead and support the retail sales floor Train and coach sales associates Maintain merchandising, signage, pricing, and inventory organization Coordinate demos, events, and promotions Deliver outstanding customer service Ensure tools and machines are demo-ready and properly displayed What We’re Looking For Retail leadership or management experience Strong customer service and communication skills Organized, dependable, and team-oriented Woodworking or tool knowledge preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment Why Join Woodcraft?
