Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote / Hybrid) Role Overview We are looking for a Retail Channel Manager to build and scale retail partnerships across key channels. This role will focus on expanding into big-box, specialty, and e-commerce retail, driving revenue growth, and developing a strong go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute retail channel strategy Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail partners (e.g., Home Depot, Lowe's, Costco, Wayfair) Build relationships with retail buyers and key stakeholders Drive sell-in and sell-through performance Manage pricing, margins, and promotions Collaborate with internal teams on merchandising and product launches Analyze sales performance and optimize channel growth Qualifications 5-10+ years of experience in retail sales, wholesale, or channel management Proven success in building and growing retail partnerships Strong network within big-box or specialty retail Experience in consumer goods, home improvement, or lifestyle brands Strong negotiation and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Preferred Experience with retailers like Home Depot, Lowe's, Costco, or similar Background in outdoor, patio, or seasonal products What Success Looks Like New retail partnerships established within the first 6-12 months Consistent revenue growth across retail channels Scalable retail expansion strategy in place
