Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for all. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met. Dispose of waste materials properly and maintain recycling protocols. Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as directed. Qualifications Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Flexibility in working hours; availability for shifts that may include evenings or weekends is a plus.
