Coordinates ordering, purchasing, and receiving of products for shops. Our Retail Coordinator Is Responsible For The Following Responsible for daily gift shop deposits completed by volunteers and performing deposits in place of volunteers. Ensure cash boxes are stocked with back up change in each gift shop daily. Takes inventory counts, coordinates, and places orders for products with Dining Service Coordinator. Organize requisitions, coordinate/complete dispatch to scheduled location & distribute. Receives products from vendor delivery and ensures invoices are processed for payment. Responsible for sending invoices weekly to FS administration. Assist volunteers with stocking daily. Inspect products for freshness to food safety standards and dispose of expired products. Cleanliness and organization of stores and storerooms. Monitors refrigeration /freezer temperatures in each store daily, and cleanliness of units. Market and display products to promote customer traffic and sales along with the Dining Services Coordinator. Maintains communication with Dining Services Coordinator daily. Suggest items for sale based on customer requests. Coordinates seasonal and year-end inventory of gift shops. Assist with POS data entry in software program and correct transactions on the POS or in back office as needed. Assist with training of volunteers. What You Need As a Retail Coordinator High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and understand English, good math skills and interpret invoices, delivery slips and inter-departmental requests. Good written, oral, organizational, and basic computer skills. Customer service skills required. Prior retail experience recommended. Valid driver license required. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
