There are 2800+ dealers enrolled in ARO. The ARO Dealer Advisor provides direct support to Stellantis dealers enrolled in Mopar's Automatic Replenishment Order (ARO) program. This role is responsible for assisting dealers with Best Stocking Level (BSL) approvals, understanding ARO order logic, improving Off Shelf Fill (OSF), and maintaining overall compliance with ARO system requirements. Advisors help optimize dealer inventory, troubleshoot ARO behaviors, and serve as the primary resource for ARO related guidance. Key Responsibilities Provide daily support to dealers on ARO ordering logic, BSL approval workflows, and OSF improvement strategies. Assist dealers with navigation and use of DealerCONNECT ARO tools, reports, and system messages. Troubleshoot stocking discrepancies, demand patterns, and order generation behaviors. Collaborate with internal Mopar teams including ICT, Operations, Pricing, and Finance when issues require escalation. Participate in dealer onboarding, training, and system activation for new ARO participants. Monitor dealer compliance and identify improvement opportunities. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of previous experience in Supply Chain or related area. Bilingual English/Spanish Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to interpret inventory, demand, and order data. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience in dealership parts operations, automotive logistics, or supply chain preferred.
