Phantom Fireworks, the industry leader in retail sales of consumer fireworks, is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, and customer service-oriented individual to join our Retail Management Team in showroom! No prior knowledge of fireworks is required--we provide comprehensive training on product knowledge, safety, merchandising, sales, and company policies.What you'll do:Open and close the store, ensuring security and proper cash handling Assist the management team with daily store operations Handle cash, deposits, and bank procedures accurately Oversee, lead, and support store staff Assist and address customer concerns professionally Monitor inventory on the sales floor and ensure products are properly stocked Maintain merchandising and store presentation standards Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures Perform other duties as assigned Job Types:Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay:$14.00 per hour Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience:Supervising Experience:1 year (Preferred) Retail:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
