SUMMARY: Retail Marketing Specialist responsible for the promotion, placement, training and sell through of Marcolin Brands. Servicing Department stores in assigned territory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Department Managers and Department Sales Associates. Ability to independently scheduling store visits within assigned territory Training store personal creating awareness of Marcolin products on a ongoing basis Maintaining strong level of professionalism while representing Marcolin standards Ensuring Marcolin product secures prime placement while maintaining Marcolin standards Selling Marcolin product to accounts sales staff and account customers Provide professional customer service to store staff and store customer Maintaining knowledge of Marcolin product, advertising and promotions to effectively increase sell through Create product promotion through store selling events Reporting to National Retail Merchandising Manager Skills/ Competencies: Professional customer service skills with strong selling and training ability Ability to work with PC applications and digital photography Self-motivated Department Store or Specialty store experience a plus Reliable means of transportation Education and Qualifications: BA/BS Degree Preferred but not required
