Job Title:Merchandise Coordinator Status:Contractor - Flexible Schedule Availability:Monday-Friday Payrate:$19-22 /hour Note that this range is representative of earning potential and actual pay will be based on skills, experience, and/or geographic location.Position Summary:Merchandise Coordinator (MC) will be responsible for high level execution according to a planogram, updating mannequins, sizing, stocking & filling in merchandise on the selling floor Must be able to communicate clearly with store personnel and provide clear communication in written reports.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with store leadership and teammates to develop visual merchandising strategies, and goals to be executed during each visit Foster partnership with Store Management to create a positive working relationship and achieve project goals Executing merchandising strategies in a manner that is least disruptive to the store and protects the customer experience Understands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgency Provide timely completion of daily Store Visit Report and photo requirements, clearly and effectively communicating daily accomplishments Required Skills and Experience:2years of merchandising experience with apparel, and/or footwear, including mannequin styling Ability to provide clear communication effectively and professionally, both verbally and in written reports Technology:Smartphone Required:Tablets are not recommended.iOS Devices:iPhone 6 or newer, running iOS 12.0 or higher.Android Devices:No older than 5 years, running Android OS 9.0 or higher.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and be mobile for the entire duration of work shift At Winston, we are ALL IN!
