What You'll Be Doing As a Mobile Sales Associate, you'll be the face of 2020 Mobile Corp (Boost Mobile Retailer) in our store - helping customers find the right plans, phones, and accessories to match their lives. We believe a positive attitude, teamwork, and a little fun make the workday better-for us and for our customers. You'll Create awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approach Talk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions that make sense Help bring in new customers and build relationships with returning ones Stay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions (and upsell when it fits!) Answer store phone calls and customer questions Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Participate in local marketing and special events Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for business Use sales systems and follow company policies Collaborate with teammates and managers Jump in on additional tasks or projects as needed What Makes You a Great Fit: Strong communication skills (written & verbal) A positive, professional, can-do attitude The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay organized Previous experience in wireless or retail sales (a plus, not required!)
