Your Mission: The Retail Regional Manager plays a pivotal role in leading our East Coast retail shops. You will oversee operations, lead our retail team, drive sales, optimize costs, and take ownership of the overall profit and loss (P&L). Responsibilities: Partner closely with the Head of Retail for NA to develop and execute mid- to long-term retail strategies aligned with the company’s global vision and brand positioning. Own and manage full P&L responsibility for the East Coast retail business, including revenue growth, cost control, margin optimization, and productivity improvement. Translate commercial objectives into clear operational priorities, KPIs, and execution plans across the region Oversee 17+ stores across metropolitan cities in the East Coast with responsibility for ongoing annual store expansion. Lead and develop a retail leadership team including 3+ Cluster Managers and a frontline organization of 150+ associates. Ensure consistent execution of store operations standards, including sales performance, service excellence, visual merchandising, hygiene, and safety compliance. Drive operational efficiency through standardized processes, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead the region’s retail team by developing budgets, forecasts, and business plans. Spearhead the planning and execution of new store openings. Collaborate closely with Marketing to define brand strategies and guidelines for the Retail Channel. Build and nurture a high-performance team by hiring, motivating, and developing individuals, with a focus on creating internal talent pipelines. Ensure excellent customer service is consistently maintained across all stores. Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with regulations and uphold brand standards. Establish benchmarks through store checks and competitor screenings. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in multi-unit leadership roles in retail, preferably in premium categories within multi-international companies. Strong P&L management experience with a track record of driving profitable growth. Solid understanding of retail KPIs, customer service excellence, and frontline operations management. Experience in premium chocolate and gelato categories is a strong advantage. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and commercial acumen. Exceptional analytical, presentation skills, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across region. Italian and Spanish language skill a plus Bachelor’s degree preferred. Entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude. Highly results-oriented with a strong customer-centric mindset and a determination to win. Agile, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment.
