Title:Retail Sales Associate - Baseballism Cooperstown Job Type:Seasonal JOB DESCRIPTION Baseballism is the official off the field brand of baseball:a company built from the tradition, history and class of America's Pastime.Our retail store in Cooperstown is looking for sale associates.This is where you come in.We are looking for someone who can champion our brand and treat this location as if it was his or her own.This store is located on Main Street in Cooperstown, right in front of Historic Doubleday Field.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain visual and presentation standards throughout store and stock area Execute merchandising, apparel placement and folding Create a fun and energetic atmosphere inside the store with customers and staff Engage with customers and ensure they are served beyond their expectation Process payments, handle returns and restock the showroom floor Work with integrity and a positive outlook Evenings and weekends are required QUALIFICATIONS Some customer service experience Outgoing and energetic Knowledge of baseball or softball is a must PREFERRED SKILLS Customer Service Data entry Merchandising BENEFITS Initial product stipend Merchandise discounts Opportunity for growth Employment with a brand that has had exponential growth Part time hours:16-40 hours per week Job type:Seasonal Pay:$16.50 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Application Question(s):Which shifts are you available to work?
