Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs.The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections Sell merchandise by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products.Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging displays.Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.Experience Previous experience in retail or customer service is required.Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using a cash register is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.A willingness to learn about products and services offered in-store is essential for success in this role.Join us in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while developing your skills in a supportive environment!
