About the Role We are seeking a friendly and dedicated full time retail associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to providing an outstanding customer experience. Retail Associate Responsibilities and Duties Greet customers and assist them with product selection and questions. Operate Square POS, handle transactions accurately Maintain store cleanliness and appearance Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed in a pleasing way Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies Assist in receiving, unpacking and intake of shipments Adhere to all company policies and procedures consistently Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Retail Associate Qualifications and Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic math and computer proficiency Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Customer-focused attitude with a friendly demeanor Flexibility to work weekends, and some holidays Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or current student Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus On-the-job training will be provided 35-40 hours per week.
