Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate Duties Maintain knowledge of all vendor products - Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience- Assist customers in finding products and answering their questions- Recommend and upsell products to meet customer needs and increase sales- POS systems to process customer transactions- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Experience: Previous experience in retail sales is needed, furniture experience is a plus- Customer Service- Computer- As a Retail Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to sell and communicate with customers while providing exceptional service.You will use your knowledge of products to assist customers in finding the right items for their needs.Your ability to upsell and recommend additional products will contribute to the success of our store.We are looking for individuals who are friendly, outgoing, and have excellent communication skills.Experience POS systems is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.Join our team today and be part of a dynamic retail environment where you can grow your skills and contribute to our success!
