Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers are informed about our latest products and services. Manage store inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Utilize your technical sales skills to assist customers with electronics and other complex products. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly. Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring that the store is profitable and successful. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.Experience: Previous experience in retail sales is required, with a focus on electronics and technical products. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
