In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will leverage your sales expertise to promote our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. Duties Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate leads. Engage in B2B sales activities, focusing on building long-term relationships with businesses. Collab Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. Skills Proven experience in outside sales or territory sales, preferably in a technical or technology-focus Strong cold calling skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the sales process. Familiarity with B2B and technical sales methodologies is highly desirable. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients.
