Duties Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions and cash handling Stock shelves efficiently, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store remains tidy and inviting Maintain knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing, discounts, and inventory management Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively to maximize sales potential Assist team in cleaning duties and closing procedures Requirements Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers Able to thrive in a fast paced environment One to two years minimum of previous experience in retail sales or customer service Basic understanding of Smoke shop products Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems confidently Excellent organizational skills to manage stocking, inventory checks, and store presentation Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment with positive attitude and proactive approach Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays as needed Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to helping customers.
