Hiring for our Manchester and Augusta location, applicants must be willing to split their time between locations.We are looking for 1 full-time associate and 1 part-time associate.Weekend availability is required, 8 hour shifts from 8a-3p and 12p-8p Responsibilities and Duties The main responsibilities of the Retail Sales & Service Associate include:interacting, educating, and advising customers face-to-face and on the phone, assisting with inventory, interacting with local service providers and recommending solutions to the customer.Required Skills Outstanding in-person and phone customer service/sales skills Ability to obtain RIC / IIC Ability to communicate clearly and calmly in a positive and informative manner Thriving to perform job duties in a fast-paced work environment Demonstrated proactivity, flexibility, adaptability, and multi-tasking Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct Skills in accurate cash management and inventory control Proficient computer skills Ability to focus; attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team Day, evening, weekend and holiday availability required Job Type:Full-time Pay:$17.50 - $18.50 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
