Retail Sales Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive person to join our team. The candidate will support the daily operations of our retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service while driving sales effectively Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations Ensure all items appear properly in order and are placed in assigned locations Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Drive sales through effective merchandising Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving results Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and store layout. Physical Demands: Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to place product on shelving at various heights. Lifting and carrying boxes of not significant weight Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry and walk about the store It’s an active job that requires employees to be active throughout the day Due to the nature of our daily custom clothing operations all employees receive TIPS additionally to regular pay/hour Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Experience: Retail : 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
