We are Mary Jane's; a fun and affordable clothing, jewelry, accessories, and gift boutique with multiple locations on the Big Island.We are currently accepting applications for our Waimea Parker Ranch Center Location.We are looking for candidates with an outgoing personality and the ability to engage with team members and guests alike.You will greet guests with aloha, share product insights, execute sales through a POS system, maintain a clean store and so much more! Store Hours:Sunday 10-5 Mon - Fri 10 - 6 Sat 9 - 6 Most shifts are 6-7 hours and selected candidates will need to be able to commit to a regular schedule.Employees are asked to work either Saturday OR Sunday so please do not apply if you are ONLY able to work M-F daytime shifts as we are unable to accommodate that request at this time.All associates enjoy a generous employee discount.Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Proficient in retail sales and cash handling Experience with stocking and merchandising Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math Ability to operate a cash register and POS systems Collaborative team player with experience in a boutique environment Job Type:Part-time Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Work Location:In person.
