Best Choice Pawn is looking for a friendly, reliable retail associate to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys negotiation, variety, stays organized, and has a creative eye for presenting products and promotions. Responsibilities: Customer service and sales Learning pawn and retail procedures (training provided) Creating simple online marketplace and social media and for sales and featured items Organizing, cleaning, and merchandising inventory Assisting with pricing and daily retail operations Qualifications: Strong communication, computer, and basic math skills Dependable and punctual Comfortable multitasking in a retail environment +++ For previous pawn shop experience, online or in-person retail and sales, or social media and marketing Must be 20+, comfortable with firearms, and pass a federal background check Benefits: Flexible schedule.
