Retail Sales Associate

OverviewReliable Jewelry and Loan in downtown Raleigh.Experience is preffered but we are willing to train form scratch.Looking for bilingual long term employee as we have very little turnover.We are a good strong team and looking for someone for the long haul whom is willing to learn something new every day and stay busy.Starting salary is plus sales commissions as well.Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments Maintain organized merchandising displays, and ensure the store is clean and inviting Provide knowledgeable assistance on store policies, phone etiquette, and product information to enhance the customer experience Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math calculations Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos to engage customers effectively Demonstrated phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail career.We value proactive team players who thrive on helping others and creating memorable shopping experiences.Join us today and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence!
