We are looking for a motivated and dependable team member to join our Juniors Department at Dillard’s. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, working with customers, and maintaining an organized shopping environment. Responsibilities Assist customers with finding clothing, sizes, styles, and outfit recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing department Fold and recover clothing throughout the day Organize racks, tables, and fitting room returns Merchandise dresses, tops, denim, and other juniors apparel Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience Support team members and help with daily department tasks Follow store standards for cleanliness, presentation, and customer engagement Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Open availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Interest in fashion, styling, and retail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting/folding merchandise Preferred Qualities Hardworking and reliable Detail-oriented and organized Friendly and customer-focused Enjoys working with dresses, styling, and fashion trends Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Work Location: In person
