Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products related to lawn care, gardening, floral design, and landscape maintenance Provide expert advice on horticulture, floral arrangements, and outdoor maintenance techniques to enhance customer satisfaction Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts Restock shelves efficiently, organize merchandise displays, and ensure proper merchandising standards are maintained Support inventory management through stock organization, inventory counts, and product labeling Offer personalized recommendations for e-commerce orders or special projects based on customer needs Maintain a clean and organized store environment to promote safety and an inviting shopping atmosphere Requirements Passion for gardening, horticulture, landscaping, or floral design with some knowledge of lawn care and landscape maintenance techniques Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers effectively Previous experience with retail sales, cashiering, or POS systems is preferred but not required; training will be provided Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and merchandising tasks Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math confidently Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and proactive approach Basic understanding of retail operations including stock management and sales processes Join us as a Retail Sales Associate where your enthusiasm for outdoor living spaces can shine!
