We specialize in gold, silver, coins, and jewelry, buying, selling, and helping customers navigate one of the most interesting and rewarding industries there is. Position: Team Member Full-Time | Old Town Temecula | Competitive Pay | Immediate Opening We are not looking for someone who already knows coins and jewelry. We are looking for the right person, someone driven, hardworking, eager to learn, and genuinely excited about growing into this industry from the ground up. Responsibilities: Assist customers with purchases, inquiries, and transactions with professionalism and warmth Learn and develop knowledge of coins, jewelry, gold, and silver, we will teach you everything Handle the register and day-to-day store operations accurately and efficiently Build genuine relationships with customers and make every visit a great experience Keep the store organized, presentable, and running smoothly Support the team with whatever the day calls for, no task is too big or too small Represent All Valley Coin & Jewelry with honesty, integrity, and pride What We Are Looking For: A strong work ethic, you show up, you give it your all, every single day Outstanding customer service skills and a natural ability to connect with people A driven, motivated mindset with a genuine desire to grow and learn Interest in the coin, jewelry, gold, and silver industry and excitement to build expertise in it Someone who is honest, dependable, and takes their responsibilities seriously Alignment with the values and character our business was founded on — this is important to us No prior coin or jewelry experience needed, we prefer to train the right person our way Prior customer-facing experience in any industry is a plus Why Join Us: This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
