Retail Sales Associate

Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products Provide product knowledge and information to customers Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing merchandise Process cash, charge and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently Help the sales and management team meet sales targets and goals Maintain hospitable relationships with customers to ensure repeat business Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and store events Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including light housekeeping Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills Basic math skills for processing sales transactions Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work well in a small team environment Familiarity with technology products (e.g., electronics, wireless devices) is a plus Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and preferences Shift and compensation Part-Time On-site only Year-round Includes daytime hours only Weekends and weekdays 15-20 hours weekly Pay $14-15/hour commensurate with experience At our company, we value our employees and offer competitive pay along with opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
