About Us Integritas Forum, LLC is an independent, family-owned and operated retail company committed to being a helpful, reliable resource for our customers and community.We believe great service means more than completing a transaction--it means listening, offering knowledgeable guidance, and helping customers complete their projects successfully.We operate State Line Station in Beulah, WY, Tower Valley Station in Hulett, WY, and Tower Valley Supply in Hulett, WY, serving both local customers and visitors with retail, hardware, and everyday essentials.Our team takes pride in providing friendly, solution-oriented service and maintaining a clean, well-merchandised store.We are looking for experienced hardware associates who enjoy helping customers, take ownership of their department, and set the standard for service on the sales floor.Position Summary The Hardware Store Sales Associate is a key contributor to the success of the hardware department.This role requires strong product knowledge, a proactive approach to customer service, and the ability to help customers confidently select the right products for their projects.Associates in this role are expected to take pride in their department and help maintain a store environment that is organized, safe, and welcoming.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Project Assistance Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-focused customer service at all times.Greet customers promptly and engage to understand their project needs.Use experience and product knowledge to recommend appropriate tools, materials, and alternatives.Help customers complete projects by ensuring they leave with everything needed for the job.Answer product questions clearly and accurately; seek clarification when unsure.Support checkout and POS operations when needed.Represent the store with professionalism and a helpful neighbor mindset.Sales Floor Ownership & Merchandising Take ownership of assigned departments or product categories.Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked shelves.Ensure proper pricing, signage, labeling, and product placement.Set and maintain planograms, end caps, and seasonal displays.Assist with receiving freight, stocking, and inventory rotation.Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.Safety, Standards & Team Support Maintain a safe shopping and working environment by keeping aisles clear and addressing hazards.Follow all safety procedures related to lifting, stocking, and handling merchandise.Help guide and support less-experienced associates with product knowledge and service standards.Work collaboratively with teammates to meet daily operational goals.Skills & Qualifications Previous hardware retail experience or substantial hands-on trade experience (preferred).Working knowledge of core hardware categories, including:Tools and hardware Fasteners Plumbing and electrical basics Lawn and garden Seasonal merchandise Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve.Basic math, POS, and cash-handling skills.Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stock products throughout the shift.Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.Job Details Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:Starting at $12.00 to $18.00 per hour (pay may be adjusted based on experience) Expected Hours:30-40 per week Work Location:In person Benefits Health insurance Stipend Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Flexible scheduling Employee discount Shifts Day Shift (Preferred) Evening / Night Shift (Preferred) Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$12.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
