We are looking for a personable and organized Retail Sales Associate to join our boutique home and lifestyle shop team. This is an hourly position with a flexible 4-day work week ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, styling merchandise, and working in a creative retail environment. Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, attentive approach Help style and merchandise home décor and lifestyle products throughout the shop Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation Assist with inventory management and restocking Process sales transactions and support daily store operations Contribute ideas and content for social media platforms Provide excellent customer service and create a warm shopping experience Qualifications Personable, reliable, and self-motivated with a positive attitude Organized and detail-oriented Previous retail or sales experience Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems Interest in home décor, styling, and merchandising Social media/content creation experience is a bonus Enjoys interacting with customers and working as part of a small team Schedule & Availability Must be available weekends and some weekdays Flexibility to work holidays as needed Hourly position Flexible 4 - 5 day work week Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Store discount Experience: Retail sales: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Spanish (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Venice, CA 90291 (Required) Work Location: In person
