Aloha General Store & Aloha Vintage Vibes are located in the North Shore Marketplace. We are seeking to fill FT & PT Sales Associate Positions. We are a small family owned and operated business so we foster long term relationships with our employees. This is "NOT" a seasonal/couple month position. Much time and effort go into training process. Previous retail and/or customer service experience a plus but not required. Ideal candidate must be a real "people person" with a pleasant personality ("ALOHA SPIRIT") and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills, sales floor awareness, professional/neat appearance, timeliness, and attention to detail are required. Details of the position include but not limited to are running a POS cash register, multi-tasking, interaction with customers consistently, making sales, general cleaning, stocking and processing of merchandise. Must be flexible and willing to work shifts from 10am to 6:30pm to include weekends and holidays. $19-23/hr. after monthly commissions/bonus. medical, dental and vision for all qualified full time employees.
