We're not just participating in the future of telecommunications--we're helping lead it.As a trusted provider of direct sales and in-person retail sales solutions, we represent some of the biggest names in the telecom industry by acting as the face of their brand in local communities.Our mission is simple:to create genuine, one-on-one connections that drive customer loyalty and long-term success.We believe the most powerful sales happen through authentic conversations.That's why we focus on building relationships--not just making transactions.As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll serve as a brand ambassador inside retail environments, engaging with customers face-to-face to understand their needs and help them find the right solutions.Your ability to connect, listen, and provide a great experience is what sets our team apart.If you're someone who thrives on human interaction, enjoys helping others, and wants to be part of a high-energy team that values growth, learning, and meaningful work, you'll find your place here at Improbus, Inc.Retail Sales Representative Responsibilities:Representing leading telecommunications products inside major partnered retail locations Engaging with customers face-to-face to assess needs and present customized solutions Learning and executing proven sales strategies to increase conversions and meet performance goals Building strong relationships with both retail partners and customers to drive brand loyalty Supporting customers' onboarding and answering questions to ensure a seamless experience Gathering feedback and insights to help improve marketing and sales efforts Working closely with team leaders to track goals, share best practices, and grow professionally Retail Sales Representative Requirements:Speak confidently with a variety of people, actively listen, and adjust your message to connect meaningfully with customers and team members Make customers feel heard, understood, and valued while introducing products or resolving concerns, and you create positive experiences that lead to lasting relationships Take initiative without needing to be told, seek out opportunities to grow, and welcome feedback as a tool for constant improvement Show up with purpose, stay organized, and strive to meet or exceed both personal and team targets The ability to adapt in a fast-paced, face-to-face sales environment Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus--but not required Compensation & Job Details:Position Type:Full-Time, Permanent Earnings:Commission-Based Retail Sales Representatives earn $45,000-$60,000 per year, with high-performing Frontier Sales Representatives earning $70,000+/year on average Schedule:Monday-Saturday (Approx.40-50 hrs/week) Job Locations:Sandy Springs, GA office and field locations in surrounding cities/areas as assigned.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location:In person.
