Cali Quilt Co. is looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Associate to join our team at our brand new location in Roseville! About Us Cali Quilt Co. is a bright and welcoming quilting and fabric store offering high-quality quilting supplies, beautiful fabrics, patterns, notions, and more. We’re a hub for crafters and creatives in the community—whether they're experienced quilters or just getting started. Our team takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and making every visitor feel at home. We’ve recently relocated to 908 Pleasant Grove Blvd in Roseville, and we’re excited to grow our team as we settle into our beautiful new space! Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with product selection and project ideas Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment Operate the register and process transactions accurately Being able to work or learn the cut counter Restock shelves and assist with inventory Learn about new products and share knowledge with customers Assist with in-store events, classes, and promotions Cut fabric for customers What We’re Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude Strong communication and basic computer skills Retail or fabric store experience Interest in sewing, quilting, or crafting Willingness to learn and be part of a small, supportive team Perks Flexible schedule options Employee discounts on fabric and supplies Supportive and creative environment Opportunities to grow your skills in quilting and retail If you love fabric and enjoy helping people feel inspired, we’d love to hear from you!
