OverviewWe are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Store Associate to join our team.This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining an organized store environment.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, retail experience, and a passion for helping customers find what they need.Bilingual abilities and previous supervisory experience are a plus.This position offers an engaging work environment where team members can develop their retail skills and grow within the company.Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Operate POS systems for checkout, returns, and exchanges Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure attractive displays Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain proper merchandising standards throughout the store Manage inventory levels through stocking and inventory checks Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues Assist with merchandising projects and promotional activities Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times Skills Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math calculations Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations Supervising experience is a plus for leadership roles Bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively Knowledge of grocery store operations is advantageous but not required Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This position is ideal for individuals passionate about retail sales, eager to develop their skills, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours:37 per week Benefits:401(k) Employee discount Paid time off Application Question(s):Are you at least 21 years of age?
