Quality of Work Customer and Associate Interactions Ensure exceptional customer service through personal interactions and team coaching. Create a welcoming atmosphere where customers and employees feel heard and valued. Store Presentation Maintain a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing store environment. Regularly assess and address store condition issues. Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in specialty or food retail. Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in basic financial management and retail technology systems. Must have a valid driver's license and in good standing.
