We are looking for the best of the best service-focused supervisor to join our Art-K-Texture store at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Architecture-inspired apparel and artfully inspired jewelry enhance a look while kitchenware, local artwork, pottery, photography, and more offer memorable home decor. Exploration and gadgets include interactive items that engage curiosity as the literary corner offers a peaceful place to reflect and browse the nice assortment of books and paper products. Art-K-Texture is specialty retail at its finest, brought to DFW by Love from USA Group, Inc. Duties and Responsibilities: Interacting with customers, giving them product suggestions and communicating promotions to everyone. Completing all the assigned tasks by the manager. Ringing sales accurately and efficiently on the cash register. Opening and closing the store, overseeing operations in the manager's absence Maintaining visual presentation and recovery standards throughout shift by assisting in folding and straightening projects. Assisting with the processing of daily deliveries and properly placing the merchandise on the sales floor or back stock, as directed by the manager. Consistently meeting service standards with every customer. Contributing positively to create a fun, upbeat, friendly environment within the store for both customers and fellow associates. Skills and Specifications Good verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with customers. Great team player and have the ability to meet assigned tasks and goals. Education and Qualifications High school degree, diploma, or a GED equivalent qualification from a certified institution. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
