Job Summary Are you a tech enthusiast who knows the difference between DDR3 and DDR4 RAM? Do you enjoy the treasure hunt of identifying valuable electronics? We are looking for a motivated Retail/Warehouse Associate to join our team.In this role, you will be the bridge between our warehouse floor and our online storefront.You'll be responsible for spotting high-value items, preparing them for resale, and keeping our logistics running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesTech & Sales: Curate for Resale:Scout the warehouse for items with resale potential and determine if they require testing or should be sold as-is for parts. Online Listing:Create high-quality listings on eBay and Facebook Marketplace, including photos and accurate technical descriptions. Customer Support:Handle inquiries professionally, whether online or in person. Shipping:Carefully pack and ship items to ensure safe arrival and maintain high seller ratings.Warehouse & Logistics: Inventory Management:Log and organize items arriving from pickups or customer drop-offs. Heavy Lifting:Move, stack, and palletize items weighing over 60 lbs.We are looking for someone who takes pride in organized, safe palletization. Equipment Operation:Safely use pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory (training provided).What You Bring to the Table- Tech Literacy (Required):Strong knowledge of computers and electronics, with the ability to identify components and basic specifications. Physical Stamina:Ability to stay on your feet and consistently lift 60lbs. Detail Oriented:Exceptional attention to detail, from identifying physical damage to verifying serial numbers. Experience:Previous warehouse or forklift experience is a plus, but we are happy to train a fast learner with a great attitude.Why Join Us?
