Lake Cachuma is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail / Warehouse Associate . This position combines customer service, retail operations, and warehouse support in a fast-paced recreational setting. Team members help keep our stores stocked, organized, and running smoothly while providing friendly service to campers, boaters, anglers, and visitors enjoying the lakes. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to guests in retail and marina store locations Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with merchandise and supplies Receive, organize, and store deliveries in warehouse and retail areas Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock levels Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently Maintain clean, organized, and safe retail and warehouse spaces Support daily operations during busy weekends, holidays, and peak seasons Work collaboratively with team members and management Qualifications: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Previous retail, warehouse, marina, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required If you are dependable, motivated, and ready to work in a fun and active environment, we encourage you to apply and become part of our team.
