About the role Brio Water Technology is seeking a detail oriented and dependable RMA / Receiving Specialist to support our warehouse and operations team. This role is responsible for managing incoming shipments, processing customer returns (RMA), maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are received, inspected, and organized efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and able to communicate effectively across departments including customer What you'll do Receiving & Inventory Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips Unload deliveries and organize inventory within the warehouse Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items Accurately enter inventory and receiving data into warehouse management systems Label and organize products for proper storage and fulfillment Maintain cleanliness and organization of receiving areas RMA / Returns Processing Process customer returns and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) Inspect returned products for damage, defects, or missing components Determine whether products should be restocked, repaired, quarantined, or discarded Coordinate with customer service and operations teams regarding return issues Maintain accurate records of return activity and product disposition Assist in identifying recurring product or shipping issues through return trends General Warehouse Support Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed Support shipping and warehouse operations during high-volume periods Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies Qualifications 1–3 years of warehouse, receiving, inventory, or returns processing experience preferred Experience with RMA processing, inventory systems, or warehouse management systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and data entry systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset Forklift experience is a plus but not required Preferred Skills Experience in ecommerce, consumer products, or distribution environments Familiarity with Shopify, ERP, or WMS systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills Benefits / Perks We believe in recognizing and rewarding our employees for a job well done.
