A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Consultant to support customer experience and operational revenue cycle initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support customer experience and operational initiatives across sales, implementation, and customer success activities Contribute to RFP responses, sales materials, customer-facing reports, and presentation decks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and successful implementations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle management environment Demonstrated expertise in healthcare billing, insurance, and collections workflows Proven experience collaborating across teams to align people, processes, and deliverables Experience supporting client success, operations, or consulting functions within healthcare organizations
