Job Description
Revenue Cycle Consultant For Workflow Optimization Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Consultant for Workflow Optimization to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting revenue cycle end users navigating workflow challenges, serving as a trusted advisor that bridges the gap between technical resources, operational staff, and client leadership. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of revenue cycle operations, a consultant mindset, and a proven ability to translate complex workflow issues into practical, sustainable solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—both internal stakeholders and client partners—so familiarity with revenue cycle metrics, KPIs and terminology is essential. Top skills or competencies to be successful: Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including patient access, coding, billing, claims, denials management, and reimbursement Demonstrated ability to analyze workflow challenges, think creatively, and develop practical solutions that resonate with frontline users Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholder groups including clinical staff, operational leaders, and technical teams Ability to build trust quickly with end users and serve as a reliable, approachable resource for ongoing support Experience facilitating workflow reviews, end-user sessions, and cross-functional working groups Comfort working in dynamic, client-facing environments with competing priorities and varying levels of technical proficiency among end users Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills Education, certifications, or experience (preferred/required): Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a rel
