Key Responsibilities Conducts audits on Patient Financial Services team members for accuracy and compliance Develops error tracking systems and creates reports to monitor QA standards Collaborates with leadership to develop performance improvement coaching and education plans Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience with commercial or government billing processes High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred Strong understanding of Patient Financial Services and reimbursement principles 2-4 years of experience in auditing and quality assurance in a healthcare setting Proficiency in relevant software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
