Job Description
Scope : Reporting to the Director of Assets, The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing both potential and collected revenue at Lakeshore's portfolio of properties. This position involves analysis, oversight of processes and documents, review of performance, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities : Develop and execute strategies to maximize rent, occupancy, and collection rates. Oversee lease administration to generate monthly lease renewals and rent increase notices. Compile market analysis and recommendations to finalize amounts with Asset Management. Ensure all notices are accurately drafted, legally compliant, and sent in a timely manner. Manage market rent targets and ensure full market rent is achieved whenever applicable. Administer DocuSign and other tracking systems, and audit monthly rent rolls and charges. Oversee collection performance to ensure resident delinquency is actively managed. Maintain "toolkit" of acceptable solutions for use by Property Managers and others. Analyze trends and individual accounts to identify outliers and opportunities. Act as fiduciary to resolve non-standard delinquent accounts. Utilize systems and software to streamline processes and support decision-making. Assist with annual budgeting and reforecasting. Conduct training sessions and collaborate with other departments. Manage and supervise up to several direct reports. Other projects as requested. Qualifications : Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 5-7+ years of experience in corporate real estate. Strong analytical and technical skills to work with data sets in MS Excel. Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making
