About The Role We are seeking dynamic and dedicated physicians to join our expanding team across various specialties. This is an excellent opportunity for both new residents and practicing physicians with strong ties to the San Francisco-East Bay-Napa Valley and Sacramento regions. Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board certification or eligibility in the respective specialty. Valid medical license to practice in California. Excellent clinical skills with a focus on outpatient care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. For residents and fellows: recent graduation from accredited residency or fellowship programs, with a clear interest in practicing in outpatient settings within the specified regions. Responsibilities Provide high-quality outpatient clinical care across designated specialties, including Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Allergy/Immunology, Sleep Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Gynecology, Neurology, and Dermatology. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, ensuring optimal health outcomes. Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care effectively. Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of clinical protocols and best practices. Serve as a resource and mentor to advanced practice providers and junior staff as appropriate. Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and ethical standards to ensure compliance and uphold the highest levels of patient safety and satisfaction.
