Ride Attendant Duties:Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and twisting and standing for some time Being able to walk up and down the mountain / requires stamina and agility Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Ability to meet customer needs and provide necessary assistance Excellent time management skills Punctual Maintain a fast speed of service, especially during rush times Customer satisfaction-oriented Outgoing and maintaining a positive attitude Being able to tell safety rules at a volume all customers can hear and understand Team player with a strong work ethic Ensure riders meet height, weight, and age requirements Explain safety procedures to riders Ensure passengers are secured safely Enforce all safety regulations and stay current with safety rules and procedures Placing sleds on track/storing them properly inside the barn Unloading customers from ride safely and performing customer service.Working in watchtowers on the mountain ensuring riders don't stop.Cleaning the property (i.e.bathrooms, parking lot, mountain, etc.) Assist other positions, including maintenance when required.As an Attractions Ride Attendant you will be responsible for specific aspects of the Alpine Coaster.This will include safety, customer service, and cleanliness within assigned areas.As an Attractions Ride Attendant you must be very outgoing, interactive, and enjoy making guest's smile! The Alpine Coaster will be open year-round so we have positions that will fit your needs!
