Overview Job Status/Type: Full-time Shift/Schedule Requirements: Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weeks and holiday periods to meet business needs. Plans, schedules and manages the daily operation of the Rides Maintenance department in support of the Maintenance Director, ensuring compliance with, applicable policies, procedures, and standards of quality and safety. Supervises and reviews the work of subordinates. Performs related adminstrative, supervisor and technical duties as required. Develops/implements mechanical maintenance plans, policies and operational functions that clearly define the goals/strategies needed to reach the objectives of the Kings Dominion Ride Maintenance group. Works closely with the rides maintenance and electrical supervisors on all engineering change requests and its documentation Coordinates maintenance projects with other Park departments, contractors and vendors as necessary.
