Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions for the Fintech Risk Platform, utilizing React for the front-end and Java/Spring Boot for the back-end. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and optimize risk and compliance capabilities. Drive the development of AI-enhanced applications, leveraging GenAI concepts and frameworks to deliver transformative Fintech solutions. Analyze, identify, and mitigate risks across the Fintech ecosystem by implementing robust compliance measures and risk mitigation strategies. Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering collaboration and a culture of innovation within the team. <
