Description RN Clinical Program Manager for our Stroke Program at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Torrance, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts. The Clinical Program Manager RN leads, manages, and has overall accountability for the program. They provide direction to the clinical and operational activities of the program in accordance with Providence Little Company of Mary South Bay Mission and Core Values and strategic goals. The Clinical Program Manager RN will work to create an environment that fosters a multidisciplinary team and collaborative approach to care, that achieves operational and clinical "Best Practice." The Clinical Program Manager works with department directors, leaders, and caregivers as the subject matter expert for the program's care and quality. They assist nursing, medical providers and ancillary staff in providing quality care outcomes for the care of patients. The Clinical program manager monitors program's bundle performance, and tracks and reports quality measures and the impact of care delivery. They lead the interdisciplinary teams to excellence and continuous quality improvement. They will also support efforts in error reporting and reduction, physician and nurse support, enrichment, and satisfaction by identifying needs and building action plans. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License Within 1 year of hire: Certification in area of specialty (Facility Managed) 5 years of Clinical Registered Nursing experience in acute care setting. Preferred Qualifications: Within 90 days of hire: NIHSS certification Master's Degree in Graduate Nurse Practitioner Program 1 year of experience in leadership role. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
