Assesses patient’s health and continuously monitors; completes Comprehensive Interdisciplinary Patient Assessments; detect changes and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures Provides patient and family education Job Requirements Required Associate Of Nursing Associate’s Degree in Nursing Registered Nurse: ND, upon hire and Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire Preferred Dialysis RN experience Where You'll Work CHI Williston Health, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed by the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, have a variety of skills from clinical to project management.
