The DON will lead a team of skilled nurses and caregivers, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff development. This is a strategic leadership role with significant impact on patient outcomes and operational success. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse educational program Registered Nurse / RN licensed in the state of Georgia Experience in Private Duty and GAPP program Provide clinical leadership and oversight for private duty nursing services. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with nursing staff, patients, and families. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, promoting professional development and retention. Conduct regular chart audits, quality assurance reviews, and performance improvement initiatives. Serve as a clinical resource for complex patient care situations and provide guidance to nursing staff. Collaborate with administrative leadership to optimize scheduling, staffing, and patient satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of clinical operations.
