Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage grant-funded simulation programs to enhance clinical education. Support nursing units through classroom instruction, clinical experiences, and innovative learning technologies. Design and implement comprehensive education programs for orientation, ongoing competency, and professional growth. Develop and execute simulation scenarios in partnership with nursing departments and inter-professional teams to foster critical thinking and clinical decision-making. Mentor and coach nursing content experts and preceptors, applying best instructional practices aligned with INACSL standards. Utilize performance improvement strategies to evaluate and refine educational offerings, including continuing education and mentorship. Collect and analyze feedback and data to assess learning outcomes and report on grant achievements. Maintain and organize simulation equipment following best practices. Collaborate with educators, administration, unit managers, and clinical specialists to maximize educational opportunities and cost efficiency. Incorporate research and evidence-based practices into nursing education program development. Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
